In 1980s, the Orient Longmans commissioned me to write a Travel Guide on Jaipur city. But for some reason, did not print it. All these years the typed manuscript has been ageing, wrapped up in an officious basta. Anyways, here is my unprinted book on Jaipur. Although I must admit that the text is a bit outdated after 40 years but the essential stories remain the same. This proves the age old adage: With time, everything changes while everything still endures!
